Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Nothing, and I will strongly suggest not to join here at any cost

1. Poor Management 2. Fake HR 3. All fake people making you fool 4. They are scammers so be alert 5. They will completely eat your money 100% so don't join here if you are fresher/experienced. 6. Worst company seen till now 7. They are the beggers with wearing coat, shoes etc

I am already worked in ingenicx. That was so amazing company. Feel free to work. Seniors and employees relationship are so so good. In future i have a chance to choose a better organisation i will choose ingenicx
