I have been working from a short term but what I like the most is about the management , there are just all ears towards the employees of their company. Here I have seen the flexibility to the employees regarding work. I personally felt this the very next day started working here. I like to coordinate with people around, at first I felt a bit insecure. But later on it is really smooth and I enjoyed working in onsite sitting.

Dislikes

I had not much dislikes or issues with this company but the only thing I want to address is about the Team. I just wanna suggest the management of this to build a team in Recruitment - USA. They a better job now but I would be even better if they started building a team and assigning particular roles to each. In my perspective it would really help them out to make numbers and their expectations as well. I hope you guys have a look into my review. Thank you, Vamsi Ramu Recruiting Lead.
