Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

Likes

Company (InfiMed Solutions Pvt Ltd) is good and so the work. Night shift makes it unhealthy for to body to adopt with and thus a poor work-life balance.

Dislikes

Managers are very rude and do not have a constructive approach. They just peel your skin off even if you make a single mistake. They don't understand human error. The management being aware about the issue, does nothing to solve it. They do not compensate for the night shift enough. Going to washroom and to drink water is a sin here.
