Strict office time 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Salary on time.

Dislikes

One person is very backbiter. If anyone spends 10 years in this company in spite of this there is no growth. If you take 3 days leave in the company it means your salary will deduct of 4 days because according to the company if anyone take 3 days leave it means the company will not allow to take Sunday off.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
