Infrabazaar is a market place for used construction machinery , sales, auctions,rental, valuation,etc. Comes to work culture is good. For the purpose of valuation , INSPECTION sales, i travelled all over india.totally my job in Infrabazaar not only limited to valuation inspection and ,sales. I have to responsable for handling call from domestic and international clients,and sourcing of machinery . And also more critical is that during auctions we are responsible for overall clients participation,follow-up and take care of after auctions process like arranging delivery of machinery , delivery of documents , payment follow up etc.

Dislikes

There is no proper job security ,and benefits.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
