Except sales people other than safety, there is no continuity product and able to serve regularly. It's purely big distribution dealer company. There is no solution. Is just distributor company

One of the most challenging aspects is the management, particularly the Chief Human Resources Officer, who can be quite rude. There are no refreshments or outings provided, and the work pressure is immense with little to no appreciation. Pay, especially variable compensation, is often delayed, and they may adjust your ratings to deduct amounts. HR lacks transparency and fails to provide satisfactory answers. I would advise against applying to this company, as they can terminate your employment at any time if you don't meet their unreasonable demands, and they can also relocate you up to 1500 km away for business reasons.
