One of the worst company to work with Nothing to write good about this company They don't pay you salary , variable and arrears on time.

One of the most challenging aspects is the management, particularly the Chief Human Resources Officer, who can be quite rude. There are no refreshments or outings provided, and the work pressure is immense with little to no appreciation. Pay, especially variable compensation, is often delayed, and they may adjust your ratings to deduct amounts. HR lacks transparency and fails to provide satisfactory answers. I would advise against applying to this company, as they can terminate your employment at any time if you don't meet their unreasonable demands, and they can also relocate you up to 1500 km away for business reasons.

...No work life balance, no comp off if you are working late night or on weekend 2. Management is worst, they will not roll out your increment letter and performance based variable pay letter till August 3. Product manager don't have clarity on scoping and prioritizing products. 4. No outings, no dinner, no party, no celebration 5. It more like a school not like a office 6. If you are favourite of your manager you can expect a promotion every year, irrespective of your YOE. 7.

You have to work for 12 hour's even though they say 8.5 hours of work , No proper work timings, some cases you may have to work for 14 to 15 hours also, dust in RMC plants , health issues may come ,

Hiring individuals with higher compensation packages without offering deserving salary increase to current employees. This practice persists in every corporates.

The company as a whole is doing well. Salary be taken in time, colleagues are also good.

The work environment is not good. Accounts department is not properly identified. The increment for the account department is also not correct. In RMC plant second & fourth Saturday not given holidays
