They keep on increasing responsibilities, on the job learning but compensation doesn’t get revised to match increased work expectations, lot of energy is spent in solving internal trivial issues.

Good for freshers to learn and grow, if you want to learn their tool. Good for entry level jobs only.

Dislikes

...mostly work is not related to coding. Internal products are having lots of bugs. Salary hike will be given once you resigned else no attention. Most employees are more than 3-4 years to 10-15 years of range, because they have created dependencies.

Likes

They give you opportunities for skills development & learning at all level. Senior management is easily approachable. Work culture is personal instead of professional.

Dislikes

Very high expectations from employees and low pay scale (if you want to hike, you need to resign). No company growth plan as well as no product growth plan. Company is missing own targets for last many years. Work timings are strictly flexible.

The company is a 20 year old startup which is run by one man army - THE CEO; Who believes that he knows everything and anyone else experience or opinion doesn’t matters. Diplomatically he disrespects every employee. It’s a good place for freshers who need to only follow instructions and not apply their brain but not for experienced people

It is the right place for those who want to learn a lot and for freshers it's a place where u can work on different technologies and learn and enhance your skills.Colleagues are helpful and have very friendly nature and seniors help a lot.

Dislikes

The work presaure is little bit high as on urgent tasks i have to stay all night and leaves are very less.
