Good for freshers to learn and grow, if you want to learn their tool. Good for entry level jobs only.

Dislikes

Not good once you are above jr level, rare learning opportunities. Compensation is less then market, old existing people created dependencies company can't get rid of. At interview HR commited for coding profile but mostly work is not related to coding. Internal products are having lots of bugs. Salary hike will be given once you resigned else no attention. - The colleagues are very helpful and have vast knowledge - The strategy building and approach discussion along with SDLC pattern understanding helps you to know about the processes - Process and fix pattern for procedures makes the deliverables smoothless

- No actual coding, just configuration on internal tools for clients - Short deadlines - Legacy code that breaks every now and then - Unpleasant appraisals

There are almost 2 to 4 HR , if they call you regarding JOB opportunity, Do ot beleive them they will take two times Virtual interview then 3 times face to face , when you will ask for result they do not reply , they don't tell you, do not waste your time for interview, Completely trash Company.
