Good for freshers to learn and grow, if you want to learn their tool. Good for entry level jobs only.

Dislikes

Not good once you are above jr level, rare learning opportunities. Compensation is less then market, old existing people created dependencies company can't get rid of. At interview HR commited for coding profile but mostly work is not related to coding. Internal products are having lots of bugs. Salary hike will be given once you resigned else no attention.
