Yes It worth dislike. Given date of salary is 15 of every month. And the Salary comes always above 25 of every month. Sunday is Off day of every company. But there you are at home, but you have to work for 30 min to 1 hour, if you will not do it on Monday you will get the class from CEO. Very cheap. I highly recommended don't join this company.

...no incentives, no holidays even on independence day, mahatma gandhi jayanti etc. Salary is not given on time if you ask for your salary director says i have no money

...her person in his eyes is criminal, as soon as he / she is not useful for him. Forget about the increment he doesn't even pay you full salary in one go. He pays in oarts and that too delayed in months. He seriously need a good mentor who tells him the way he is running the organisation is not the right way to do it.
