Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

1. No Job security 2. Suddenly blocked your salary. 3. No rules for any work. 4. No help by others stuffs, bcz they are no knowledge. 5. Have no dedicated job. 6. It's a sales base company.

Third class organisation. Boss always speaks raw slang languages and threats to sack.

Dislikes

Frequent outstation visits. Do not provide allowance for outstation visits. Boss is very rude and always speaks slang language.
