Most beneficial point is unarguably the WFH facility with Internet bill claim. Also I was transferred a Client laptop to my hometown to continue with work.

Dislikes

Negligible hike and compensation. Homegrown employees are paid FAR TOO less than people who get hired from other companies (also to mention with lesser skill or capability to handle projects in Infy)

As of now it's only about the processes, there are a lot of processes and it's very confusing to know whom to contact for which. Even at the client side there are a ton of documentations and all.

Getting exposure on skills when I was fresher

No work life balance Very Very Very less salary, no hike Even promotion will not give you much hike.. My salary was 23k in hand when I was fresher, now it's 32k after 4 years of experience.

... on the project. Infosys works on faith, unnecessarily it won't take any action. Salary growth may be slow, but to learn there are many opportunities it will provide.

Timely increments and percentage of salary growth is less about 5 to 10% based on appraisal rating.

People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus

.... I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .
