Don't expect huge salary hike. Company pay you very moninal hike. There are charge for everything like, parking charges, gym charges, etc.

...ogrammer they will charge huge money frm client but they will pay only 6% of it. No hike getting same salary for last 3 years And they reduced my salary based on manager(Senior Project Manager )politics. Don't trust any one here

Salary Work is dependent on the project what you are getting. If they given you manual testing then it is so hard to change to automation unless you are good experienced with automation.

Although it depends on project, but till now for me it's been good working here, not much pressure and good stability and job security. I get leave whenever I want. I am still working from home after manager's approval, even though infosys have mandated it.

...ger to align me with a better project but they don't care what you want or like. Don't expect anything in Salary and Appraisal/Hike dept. I've been working without any increment from last 3 years.

... or perks given to employees which matter to them or give them feel good factor. No transparency in appraisal cycle and salary revisions. No information is shared with employees and we only come to know from outside news.
