Best part of my workplace is I have got great team. They are very understanding and cooperative. One thing that disappoints is hike. We never got proper hike for our wrk. And need little more exposure to technology

I dont like salary they pay for freshers. We will be given very less salary and same work as seniors who earn in lakhs

Bad hike, delayed promotion, HR is only namesake. They give variable in name of bonus ( which also delayed and mostly 70-90%) They just have policies to not give money to employees, like if you are on notice period they won't give the bonus payout even if you resigned after that period (for which bonus/variable is given)

Work life balance is good, no work pressure, most days you only work 4-5 hours without stress

Dislikes

No skill development, lack of good projects, salary structure is badly designed, appraisals are bad, promotions are delayed

It is a management consulting vertical of Infosys, however the work here has the elements of both, strategy and implementation consulting. Good work life balance, plenty of learning opportunities, and approachable leadership!

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits could be improved. Promotions could be made faster. More travel opportunities could be provided.

Only thing good is Hybrid work culture. They are not forcing to come to office compulsory, just asking to come once a week or atleast 3-4 times a month.

Dislikes

Rest everything is bad here. No hikes, no bonus or very less bonus ( bonus is part of CTC promised), they expect you to work on many extra activities apart from clients work to be eligible for appraisal. No support and only support they give is to few favorite employees.
