Work life balance, Good people, structured organisation with overall good employee policies, lot of internal platforms/sponsorship for learning

Dislikes

Salary is below market standard; You get hired at 10 and stay for 3 years, your salary goes 10.3 with a promotion while someone gets laterally hired at 15 or 20 so it’s kind of frustrating. Promotions are extremely slow and now they handover dry promotion with a hike of 5% which results in actually reduction in salary than increase.

...le project. This puts lot of pressure and no work life balance. Poor appraisals. Bonus and salary increments are very nominal!

...- they treat you as brainless cattle. Unclear, biased, unfair promotion policy. No salary raise in high inflation country. Constant lies by management

Lots to learn for a fresher, they have got one of the best training material and courses.

Dislikes

Not much growth in terms of salary, career progression if you stay for a long time. Managers only listen to their favorites and everyone else is completely sidelined in every aspect

.... I surprisingly got good package in Infosys, which is mostly unlikely for most. Salary and other stuffs depends on your boss. If you jumped from a small company to Infosys its great spend sometime there learn and make a change may be after 1-2 year, Mostly recommended for ones around 30s.

Dislikes

People from south will like ones belonging from their region. Lots of protocols to follow. I dislike most the entry and exit and checking in gates. My perspective has slightly changed from worse to better in infosys. Though its 6-7 month and i have worked here before. Lets see how the progress goes on.
