The work culture over Infosys is amazing and environment is very friendly.There is a lot to learn and you can gain so much of knowledge.

Salary, perks and incentives are average in Infosys.For freshers the salary package is not al all worth it.

...if candidates fails to provide any required documents they will not onboard you. Also here is no pearks and additional benefits eg for transportation and meals we are required to pay from our pocket. Even employees working in night shift gets very less NSA as compared to other companies.

It gives opportunity and job to next people. Atleast helps to kick start career.

Dislikes

Manager was worst. Focus on micro-management and favorism. Too less salary offered. No hikes at all. Even manager's salary is too less. ODC are so bad. No place to eat in night shift. No microwave on the floor. Coffee machines never work.
