...place to work for freshers and experience candidates. Company earns in billions. But they pay in chillars rupees. I have 4.5 years experience but my take home is 19000, shift allowance, morning 32 rupees, afternoon 48 rupees, night shift 60 rupees. And work is heavy. No progression, no growth, no hike. I joined for 15000, after 3 years, they just gave increment 4000.

Poor salary and benefits, clueless leadership, lavk of transperancy, extremely difficult to move across teams/units

Good work environment and culture. Team mate's are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits for long term employees are very poor. No band correction as per market standards. Ready to pay 40% hike for external hire but not even 10% for internal resources.
