Because of a lot of resource availability, impact on learning curve is negatively affected, it also affects the salary, which is quite low than the industry standards.

Best work culture, full freedom to voice my opinion,a lot of appreciation each time a good work done ,best work life balance. Office ambiance is one of the best I ever dreamt.

Growth in career is not very promising , yearly increment and bonus need to be a little better to retain the talent

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every yeear.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

Not much pressure while working in Infosys, and job security also good ,work life balance also ok

The most important thing that is salary which is too low and there is no hikes from past 3 years and no other benifits, no allowances no promotion on time. The minimum ctc should increase otherwise its too difficult to survive in Bangalore.The company should think about the employees future also ,if there is no hikes for years means its not worth to work there at least the basic ctc should be more or yearly hikes company should give
