Very nice palace to work. Infosys is providing training to employees to enhance their skills.

Dislikes

Salary is not paying how much we work for. You even work for 12 hours you will get any shift allowance for that extended shift

Great work-life balance, job security, and ample time to work on skill development and learning if you come across a good team.

Dislikes

Non competitive compensation with respect to the market. Push to overwork; high performance expected but not rewarded properly. Career growth is very bleak. Visibility not available to everyone.

...vironment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade fir chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

It gives opportunity and job to next people. Atleast helps to kick start career.

Dislikes

Manager was worst. Focus on micro-management and favorism. Too less salary offered. No hikes at all. Even manager's salary is too less. ODC are so bad. No place to eat in night shift. No microwave on the floor. Coffee machines never work.

Salary is way low from the market. Annual increment is very low.
