Salary is not getting huge hike. It's getting Little bit only on every here and bonus not getting all employees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Salary is too much on a lower level comparing with salaries in the market for same job levels/roles. Yearly salary revisions are in single digits even though you get extraordinary ratings.
