...e or for an emergency they are met with outright denial and targeted harassment. they forced employee to work extended night shift 15-20 hours per month with out pay. if you value your self respect, time and sanity don't join , BP is fat better from them.

Work life balance and the way they work like a team coordination is excellent and the way of work culture is extremely ultimate to work in that atmosphere.

Salary and promotions cycle period and norms and policy

Company has to bring some good parameters to identify the hardwork of employees rather than going behind managers and Team leaders words everytime, I really felt that is missing here. Hope that company will bring some measures to overcome this. More interaction should happen between HR and employees.

I like nothing about this company. It is only good for freshers who wants to add a big company name in their resume and they should also just work and leave within a year.

There is no growth in this company, working environment is also not good. No increment and hike in salary. They just give more responsibility.
