Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Compensation and the tenure for growth. Here you would get all opportunities and exposure but the value to your service will not be as expected. Almost 2 years into the organization with good ratings yet no revision of Compensation.

Obvious the company has excellent infrastructure facilities which will make you happy.Further learning development and the mandatory training courses and will enhance your skill development.If you perform well there are chances of growth as well. The work environment is very important for all employees which is quite good in Infosys BPO.
