Minimal Salary Hikes: Don't expect significant salary increases over the years. Skill Levels Vary: Colleagues may have varying levels of knowledge and expertise due to lower salary expectations.

Salary not as expected,hike and promotions are not at all and no bonus and no leaves forcing to work on weekends no wfh benifits no holiday calender published even working on Saturdays are not paid

Likes

Good company to work for in terms of job security, work-life balance, culture and employee-related policies. Ample opportunities to upskill and learn/get certified through inhouse learning platforms.

Dislikes

The increment and salary part is a huge turn-off. Work is not very hectic and hence less learning (might be disadvantageous for someone at the start of their career). Fewer rewards and recognition would discourage someone from putting in the extra effort.

* Yearly appraisal is very poor as compared to Market standards. * You get only 50-60% of the variable pay. Which is below average. * You need to spend 3 years to be eligible for IJP.

Dislikes

Apologies if I said anything wrong. Only dislike in Infosys bpm is the salary package and allowances. Especially to the freshers, they have completed their graduation and need minimum salary package, however it shouldn’t be similar to the uneducated person package.
