EPF. 1270 2 Esi. 88 3 GIP. 130 IN HAND SALARY 10222 Extra benifits Add 1 Shifts allowance is not guaranteed part . This should pay when candidate process allocated in night shift who gives shift according 1st shift is 600 2nd shift 1500 3rd shift. 2000 4th shift 2300
