In this organisation other benefits are very good but salary criteria is below comparison on behalf of working activities and different industries.

Likes

Infosys work environment is good and while you work in Infosys feel comfortable regarding your job and work and future be like as govt job.

Dislikes

Salary structure of Infosys is not good as per others competitive company and too much hike yearly and no bonus or incentive.

...every process is doing promotion according to them, No boundaries on biasness. Salary is like you can survive on its salary, forgot about savings and plannings for future. Company is big every body knows, however when it comes to wages you just keep mum and do until you get any other job. That is my whole experience that i am sharing here with the Brand cum domestic company.

Dislikes

salary and the management is very pathetic, once you decide to leave the infosys you will never come back bcz kpo and other small companies is far better than the Infosys.

I like nothing about this company. It is only good for freshers who wants to add a big company name in their resume and they should also just work and leave within a year.

There is no growth in this company, working environment is also not good. No increment and hike in salary. They just give more responsibility.

Company has to bring some good parameters to identify the hardwork of employees rather than going behind managers and Team leaders words everytime, I really felt that is missing here. Hope that company will bring some measures to overcome this. More interaction should happen between HR and employees.

No proper salary hikes, No promotions on time.
