Dislikes

Low salary. Only training is given on new technologies but projects are not allocated. If you are on a billing role then growth stops. Clients teams on billing role are very unpredictable.

Poor salary and benefits, clueless leadership, lavk of transperancy, extremely difficult to move across teams/units

Good work environment and culture. Team mate's are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits for long term employees are very poor. No band correction as per market standards. Ready to pay 40% hike for external hire but not even 10% for internal resources.
