My manager Ratiesh Chandran had been so supportive with me and my team mates that I didn't care about the less pay, almost no hike for 5 years. Later on I had my personal commitments for which I had to switch to different company.

Dislikes

The pay structure is as bad as it gets. They didn't pay for current employees who are working for them for the long time and they are paying more to those who are been hired from external source. Please pay attention to this.

...if candidates fails to provide any required documents they will not onboard you. Also here is no pearks and additional benefits eg for transportation and meals we are required to pay from our pocket. Even employees working in night shift gets very less NSA as compared to other companies.

It gives opportunity and job to next people. Atleast helps to kick start career.

Dislikes

Manager was worst. Focus on micro-management and favorism. Too less salary offered. No hikes at all. Even manager's salary is too less. ODC are so bad. No place to eat in night shift. No microwave on the floor. Coffee machines never work.

Well, I admire a lot about "working"for infosys. Infosys commitment, forecasting environment and focusing on ethical AI development stand out.

Work life balance and the way they work like a team coordination is excellent and the way of work culture is extremely ultimate to work in that atmosphere.
