Good company to work for in terms of job security, work-life balance, culture and employee-related policies. Ample opportunities to upskill and learn/get certified through inhouse learning platforms.

Dislikes

The increment and salary part is a huge turn-off. Work is not very hectic and hence less learning (might be disadvantageous for someone at the start of their career). Fewer rewards and recognition would discourage someone from putting in the extra effort.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Team mate's are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Because of a lot of resource availability, impact on learning curve is negatively affected, it also affects the salary, which is quite low than the industry standards.

Best work culture, full freedom to voice my opinion,a lot of appreciation each time a good work done ,best work life balance. Office ambiance is one of the best I ever dreamt.

Dislikes

Growth in career is not very promising , yearly increment and bonus need to be a little better to retain the talent
