We are getting by thanks to the supportive colleagues and friends we have around us.

Dislikes

The company suffers from poor management, with no salary raises or appraisals given despite our hard work. The cafeteria offers no options, and when the workload increases, we don't receive anything from there, leaving us to go hungry. Additionally, there is a lack of appreciation for our efforts.

Company has to bring some good parameters to identify the hardwork of employees rather than going behind managers and Team leaders words everytime, I really felt that is missing here. Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
