It is not at all a good place for learning and growth perspective, they don't have projects, and it is frustrating for people who continuously looking to learn, it feels like there is no freedom to be expressive with thoughts, this place is jail to the creative people, you do only what your manager says else just the torcher.

- Seniors are not co- orperating with their juniors specially in Sales Department. They are just here to expell the other ones by complaning to HR so that they can be in good books - HR are very biased Thanks

I personally didn't face any issues as such but I have read certain negative reviews online and wonder if they are true since they mention behavior contrary to the usual what I have experience so far.

Voting down because of the lack of professionalism. I was invited by Pranshu Bhardwaj for a virtual interview with Jagmeet Kaur. On the day of interview neither did I get a reminder call from Pranshu, nor did Jagmeet join the call lol

There is nothing to like about this company in general its the people who makes the company rich and prosperous as of now it all feels like being slave here.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very bad in this company and more importantly, they treat their employees like slave. No matter how much you work, you will not get any extra penny for extra hours and expect you to work for extra hours to don’t expect bonus in this company or time to time appraisals.
