this is a school not a company and hr want to be principal, it's really funny the way they think company works and they literally behave like 3rd class management i really have no idea how this jagmeet got hired and on what basis she should be in school rather than in corporate.

Perfect if you want to have less salary and no work/project.

It is not at all a good place for learning and growth perspective, they don't have projects, and it is frustrating for people who continuously looking to learn, it feels like there is no freedom to be expressive with thoughts, this place is jail to the creative people, you do only what your manager says else just the torcher.

- Seniors are not co- orperating with their juniors specially in Sales Department. They are just here to expell the other ones by complaning to HR so that they can be in good books - HR are very biased Thanks

Good Incentives, Good Pay. Healthy working environment. Great Learning experience. A sample number of opportunities to grow as an individual.

I personally didn't face any issues as such but I have read certain negative reviews online and wonder if they are true since they mention behavior contrary to the usual what I have experience so far.

1.Night shifts only if you get into competitive package. 2.No retention or substitute projects even for good performers. 3.Management can look arrogant at times for non locals
