If we are talking about job security its very terrible employee getting call from HR department that today is your last working day. they even not 1 and 2 month prior information about firing.management is not supporting to employee

there are so many things following - 1) job security 2) salary is delayed by 3 months. 3)Appraisal is worst

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are very poor. No salary hike & no bonus

There is a lot of policies and the management does not address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees

It's really third class company there is no value of ur work and your time no value of employee any time u can told that ur service is stopped that time
