Salary delay and from last 3 month no one received the salary and even didn't get the incentive ever. Seniors are not supportive. Whenever u ask to salary they only talk about coming targets and losses of company. Full wastage company.

1. Zero coordination between cofounders 2. Zero career stability 3. Nobody stays long time 4. Expect a lot of things from employees without clear instructions about their KRA 5. No SOPs at all 6. Your performance is left on the mercy of what Cofounders feel about you even though you achieve targets 7. Employees pay the price for Cofounder's goof ups 8. Attrition rate is very very high

The work culture, and management are very good. However since it is a small organization the management is always in a rush I feel. Also, there are very less incentive opportunities. As a fresher, this is great place to start your career in corporate in but there is no professionalism I feel. They believe in building connections and family which is good in the start but after a point of time it is not very suitable to run for a long time. There are no growth opportunities. They are not understanding that providing only 1 course will not be beneficial to the other employees who are working for the same. It is not helping in any way. Their students are also not very good to give them jobs of 4-5LPA.

Dislikes

No opportunities for growth, no proper method of onboarding/offboarding, biaseness, no proper introduction in the induction, no knowledge of terms and conditions applied. Do as they want and please, can change methods and regulations as and when they want. Not at all recommended to experienced people.

Likes

The support from the managers and leadership is quite good, definitely better than my previous employers. I think the training provided to the new joiners is very, very helpful for freshers and people with limited experience like me. Young and fun team, driven workforce, and a lot of flexibility and understanding regarding timings, work environment, and targets.

Dislikes

Sometimes there are logistics issues with the office building but it feels better now. There was some attrition at the beginning which concerned me from a job security point of view but it is stable now since the company is keeping and growing all the people who perform well.

Likes

I have learned a lot at this place. Its a pleasure to work alongside few wonderful individuals who are so good at what they do and grow along with them. It's the vision of these folks that is truly outstanding. The CEO is the most passionate individual I have ever come across.

Dislikes

Organization should consider parting ways with individuals who seek an effortless job and show little commitment to their own personal development. It is not an optimal place to work for individuals who lack clear career aspirations. Such people create obstruction to the high performing individuals.
