Bad culture bad politics...hr does not hv any power to go against management....if you can please everyone you can survive ... honesty will hv a big price to pay....it's not management it's a group of dumb people in suits ....none of them hv real qualifications to run a business...they are just there because they are friends with the boss ...that's survival on ITC....the company is filled with stupid people no respect for anyone whether it's employees consultants or anyone in management who tries to the right way....because the right way is only what boss shows you ...you do as he says n hv your tongue chopped off because no one will listen to u no matter what no matter if you are right ....a lot of good people were thrown out ....they have a tendency to throw away good people n keep the non smart ones on ....if they review the employees that they fired I bet they will c that they actual throwed out people who were the most hardworking.... Notice period is only for employees not for company...u leave they expect a notice if they throw u out for no valid reason they don't know what notice means. Overall the worst culture a bunch of uneducated n ill mannered management...no leadership
