Good working culture tech stack wise. Salaries are also paid well

No proper streamlined plans for projects. Currently there are no extra curriculum activities conduct. I don’t find any good education platform for learning.

No pros but if you are someone who is yes boss person then this is the best place for you.

The management has a lot of power. Most of the employees tend to flatter their way up the hierarchy. These employees do not have the knowledge but it comes to no one's surprise when they get promoted year after year.
