This is very bad practice on employees in IST time zone, upper management should take employees work life balance into consideration before making such decisions

Poor management by Managers. 7. Toxic work culture 8. Extreme Work Stress. 9. Not a idle organisation to work with. 10. Joining such organisation is very risky.

Wfh is not given even if the reason is genuine. The toxic higher management is some teams.
