They do a lot of critical thinking in there work its there greatest advantage and dis advantage

...eting strategy. You will be doing many re works because ramdom revisions. Getting reimbursement is very shady, they might pay back after making you wait for very long time. Per meal you are allowed 75 rs only. Endless review of work even after submission of all clients requirements is a killing process. Office runs on watsapp mostly and they expect you to reply even on weekends. No free wifi for any employee except few favourites in office. Junior are not allowed to use there phone in office. Comings late to work even after having long working day on a previous night is not acceptable. You will be shouted by seniors. No internet is provided to juniors in office. Trainees are practically cheap labor. You work and design is reviewed on WhatsApp. They dont even have Microsoft office in the office only few senior have the software. Few system have presentation software which is never free.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
