Great Work Life balance. Salary and hike is a bit average. Rest everything is good and do remember that mostly it depends on which team and project are you working for.

No growth in IT sector, no compensation, no amenities, no good hike, no financial support in emergency, no care for mental and physical health.

Good organisation to work with. If you are in a project with good visibility then growth is certain. Work life balance and culture is excellent.

No cons. Compensation and growth vary based on the product you work on. If product is successful you too would reap its benefits and as far as my experience its the same everywhere.
