...tandard.if you ask any questions to HR or Hardeep ,Sanjeev .they will fire you.you will not get the salary you want.in starting they will be ready for 12,13 lpa packages.but they will provide you 6,7 max and I got to know.sometime they will put fake alligation any kind of..and they will not give you salary ..don't go for it.

1)I like the Work Environment which is Very Much Toxic. The Seniors Treat juniors as if the Junior are their Compititor and No Development and No Growth. 2) No opportunity for Growing skills and learning new Technologies. 3) Only Blaming Games Played for any Mistake, done from seniors over Juniors. 4) They Tell they will Provide training for Juniors for About 3 months, but Here the Situation is that Seniors who need to Train the Juniors they just see whether the Juniors are being able to do the Work Completely without any single mistake. Very Bad WOR Culture.

There are Very Much Things to be Disliked such As: 1) The Work Culture. 2) On The Name Training Just Competing with Juniors or Fresher's. My Personal Suggestion Don't Apply For Job in This Company if you are reading my Interview.

I have been working with this form for 6+ years, have got a lot of opportunities to nurture , challenge and develop myself in different sectors of development and project management. Have got onsite opportunities , have been fortunate enough to work onsite on client location at Gulf. Privileged and grateful. Will recommend joiners who wish to test themselves and develop their skills, and work in an independent working environment.

I have been working with this company for the last 3 years and have been provided with a lot of scope to grow as a developer. I have got a chance to work with domestic and international clients in application development, and also have been provided the liberty to work at my own speed.
