Friendly company. We can learn many things with our own interest and time. No one push you to do something. You are the king if you interest to do your job.

Dislikes

As like other organisations. Appraisal and salary hike was worst. 2 years once we get 2k. Apart from this every thing fine. Motivated people’s always around you.

You can work in fields, No pressure timing also convenient

Dislikes

Salary is the only thing, they credit every month on 10th, sometimes it may delay like 16th 17th, worst company ever to get salary i'm still working here because I'm not able get other opportunities terrible experience ever

The training was really good as well as the job, But the career growth may be not fair because of internal politics. Salery is also not that much sufficient.

Dislikes

Superior domination, Distance to travel with tough work life balance was hard to face.

The company is suitable for opening of a carreer but It was not suitable for further developments.

Dislikes

Officials do not crtizise you by your performance and knowledge,they will do that by how often you are supportive to them.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
