...nment is good. Lot of growth prospect and learning, discipline of highest level. Salary is low but considering future prospects is good.

Timing of 9 1/2 hours, 6 days week is exhausting to mind and body, Salary is low otherwise everything else is okay.

The Group Heads are knowledgeable and work experience is good

Self growth is low as majority of the times analyst are asked to proceed with the case to maintain the high KRA and hence self learning takes a backseat

It's a Start Up in credit rating industry and learning lessons from the past.Lot of sensitization in field & clients is required.

Dislikes

Lack of professionalism,adhocism in addressing crisis,promoter driven initiatives.
