There’s no future growth here. It’s not really a proper company there are barely 10 employees. There’s no project management, and they treat employees poorly, almost like thralls. They’re still using technology from 10 years ago. The boss is extremely arrogant, acting as if he knows everything and is above everyone. He frequently fires employees, and if you join, there’s a 90% chance you could be fired within a day or within a few months. Salaries are never paid on time, and there’s no leave on Saturdays. Joining this company will waste a valuable part of your life. There are no extra activities or entertainment either.

Pathetic boss. He knows only 1 thing is that I, me, myself. For him a valid logic is nithing he don't want to accept. Even he is ready to deny pre-defined technologies to do work. All he knows to behave rude with his employees. Some of the employees are 10 years old and they are ready to work like slave and even doing the same.
