...hey supported me a lot and I achieved around 50% of my targets most of the time. Despite this, there were no deductions from my salary. Initially, they mentioned there would be a fixed target with only 20% flexibility allowed. They consistently provided support, but there were some fake employees who never worked yet still expected to receive their salaries. They even posted fake reviews regarding salaries. Based on my seven months of experience, I'm receiving monthly incentives ranging from 40-50K, which I never expected. They have been extremely supportive, and all salary incentives and bonuses are paid on the 7th of every month without any delays. I must say, there are few companies in Noida with such a good track record and professionalism. I feel like I'm constantly learning, and after joining Infoicon, I felt like I had lost 8 years of my career, which I've now regained in just 7 months here. The people here are highly skilled and adept at closing deals and providing support. I can confidently say that no other company offers such lucrative incentives along with a salary, Salespeople here are making 2-3 lakhs in monthly incentives.

This accessbility makes this place very much warm and welcoming. Also, open communication and transparency are encouraged and valued here. Bonuses and incentives are not just about; they are actually given out, which encourges empoloyess hit project milestones or surpass target, they get the recongnition they deserve for their dedication and effort. feeling appreciated for hard work truly boosts job satisfection. Overall, my time at infoicon Technologies has been amazing. The combination of timely payments, a robust support system, in the industry. i am excited to keep growing with company and contribute to its success.

Accept the above pro nothing is good here. Toxic work environment they just made pathetic work policies where you are not allowed to take leave on either Monday or Friday if you took that they cut double pay from your salary. And also if HR unapproved your leave then also they cut double pay. No fun Friday or any activities. You are just robots here
