Only Good thing is 3 months notice payout if forced resigned due to HR Few policies are good like health insurance is 5L which is good and leaves are also better compared to others

Dislikes

Opportunities or less Training team is waste WMG team is not proactive to show opportunity to bench candidates There are no visibility to check wether you are blocked for project or not HR will ask you to resign after 90 days of bench (my case I was blocked for a project for 3 months later project not onboarded so HR asked to resign) during the time I did not get any opportunity from WMG Many things are there if you are not on project
