Dislikes! There are lot many to say. We are not getting the salary on time then comes appraisal fact and other perks. There is nothing like compensation or work benefits. You working in the organisation benefits them (employer) but not you. even things like issuing ID card and access card won't happen on time. I would say this company is not at all professional.

Likes

No benefits(PF, insurance, bonus, cab, meals etc). Salary was delayed every month and offered CTC is below par. No place for talented people.

Poor Management, unethical HR. Worst team leaders that would sums up infoes have. None of the below facilities were provided by Infoesearch

...nvironment zero Development zero Skills development zero Job security zero Salary less than daily wager/labour No transport No internet reimbursement No incentive No motivation No proper weekoffs (1 weekoff ) No labour law followed here you have to work for 10 days without any weekoffs I personally worked for 11-13 days continually I don’t know how this company is exist ? And how the client has given this organisation a project I suggest all the teenagers not to join this organisation and please do not spoil your career
