Job security for permanent employees is fine, for contractual is pathetic, they hire as retainers and fire them without intimation

The thing is a lot of politics is here and people who are there in the system fir the few years have got lot of attitude so it's a lil difficult for a new person to adjust , hence these people need to learn lil grounded and helpful specially at managerial level , rest company is good
