- Work life balance is good - Company culture is good and supportive

Dislikes

- Promotion and appraisal are not good and no transparency in it that makes you doubtful with your appraisal. - Also there are not much perks or benefits apart from Helth Insurance. - And Finance department is very stubborn to employees.

I had a very good 2-yrs stint at Infodesk as a content editor working from home. It's a very professionally-run company. The management, HR and other employees are very open and friendly. I didn't face any issues during my tenure there.

Dislikes

Though there are many advantages, it's not easy to work from home and maintain the same level of professionalism like office. Also, you miss the face-to-face connect with your colleagues. It's tough to sit alone in your room and stare at a computer screen for 8 hrs. One needs a lot of self discipline and motivation.
