No proper fixed policy, they keep changing day by day and person to person.. They make changes to your compensation once you join the organization and if you ask for reason, their will be no response.

They hired me on c2h basis and deployed in Landmark group. At the tome of hiring they said for first 6 month you have to work for 12k after that we will increase your salary. But after that they didn't increased and forced us to work on same salary and even didn't gave any offer letter after 6 month. We worked there without any term and condition.. And when i left they gave me project completion Certificate instead of experience Certificate which no company was accepting..

Team was great, always helping. Food facility, 5 days work, work form home, salary at time.

Dislikes

Too much politics, mean employers, no understanding at all, at a time 10-15 peoples fired, no job security at all, no new projects, hr policies are terrible, no work life balance, they will call you even at home to work on holidays also. No increment what so ever. Dirty politics of all kind - hr politics, every team politics.

Don't wont to explain anything more about the company. good place to work,

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, not getting increments past two years. Working time is good but many policy applied according to vendor facility.

Nothing as such I like about Infodart. No good developer. Team lead was also arrogant. Even manager do lots of politics

Dislikes

Everything. All sales person sits at same place and they use slang languages every often.
