...for 8 hrs. Saturday working depends on client, but no extra incentive, no bonus. At salary date they remember the dues pending from PwC and hold employees salary. No proper communication between Infocus & PwC management, for that reason employee have to suffer.

Dislikes

They will hold your salary, your papers when you leave. Very unprofessional way of behaving whenever someone leaves, most of the time person doesn’t get his FNF money or documents.

The management is always there to help you and anyone can reach out to the highest level of hierarchy and express their grievances and issues, you just perform and management is there to reward you for your performance. I would definitely recommend everyone to experience this company and overall I had a great experience working in this company and moreover the way management has treated me will always be a great memory.

Honestly, I would say I haven't seen any bad side of this company, apart from a bit of work pressure and I believe that is good for everyone to excel in their career and O would say it is a win-win situation, you work hard company will recognize you and will reward you and simultaneously company is also in a state to deliver the best services to their customers.
