The thing disappointed me, I experienced in past, I have to wait for long time ( 1.5 year) to get your designation on paper and salary increment according to your job role. Shift timing is long, No cafeteria, No team outings, No long term job security, Sometimes Religion and Caste are associated with work that is not good...

Infocrunch is good place to work and to learn new things for freshers.The company has a well since of direction and fairness to the employees. Mr. Pramod who is the Campaign Manager of Infocruch is a great manager for giving confidence in the team's ability to work independently.He creates actionable goals for the team most.
